Our standard order processing time is 1-3 business days.

All orders are shipped from Spring Farm, NSW, Sydney

Please understand that we are not a specialized gifting business (like a florist, hamper or food) and do not provide a guaranteed same/next day delivery.

We offer Standard & Express Post via Cendle Post. 

Standard Post with tracking: $10

Delivery time frame: 3-7 business days

Express Post with tracking: $15 

Delivery time frame: 2-4 business days (depending on your postcode)

RETURNS

We accept returns only if the product is damaged. To process a return, you must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the damage. Without this, we will not be able to initiate a refund.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Once we receive the item, our team will conduct a quality check. Refunds will be processed based on the outcome of this review.
