Cashmere Care

Cashmere is a luxurious natural fiber that grows softer and more beautiful with time when treated with a little love and care.

WASHING

  • Dry Clean Only Recommended.
  • Cashmere doesn’t need frequent washing. Simply air it out between wears.
  • For light marks, spot clean gently and lay flat to dry.
  • When necessary, dry clean with care using a trusted professional.

IRONING

  • Lay your garment flat and cover with a clean cloth.
  • Use a warm iron and press gently—no steam or direct heat.

STORING

  • Always fold, never hang, this helps maintain its shape.
  • Store in a breathable cotton bag, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and dust.
  • Add cedar blocks or natural moth repellents for extra protection.

PILLING

  • Pilling is completely natural and occurs due to gentle friction. It’s a sign of authentic, natural fibers and not poor quality.
  • To remove, use a cashmere comb and sweep lightly in one direction.
  • To minimize pilling, avoid wearing with rough fabrics or accessories that rub.

With mindful care, your cashmere will remain a cherished heirloom—to be worn, loved, and passed on.
