Cashmere Care
Cashmere is a luxurious natural fiber that grows softer and more beautiful with time when treated with a little love and care.
WASHING
- Dry Clean Only Recommended.
- Cashmere doesn’t need frequent washing. Simply air it out between wears.
- For light marks, spot clean gently and lay flat to dry.
- When necessary, dry clean with care using a trusted professional.
IRONING
- Lay your garment flat and cover with a clean cloth.
- Use a warm iron and press gently—no steam or direct heat.
STORING
- Always fold, never hang, this helps maintain its shape.
- Store in a breathable cotton bag, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and dust.
- Add cedar blocks or natural moth repellents for extra protection.
PILLING
- Pilling is completely natural and occurs due to gentle friction. It’s a sign of authentic, natural fibers and not poor quality.
- To remove, use a cashmere comb and sweep lightly in one direction.
- To minimize pilling, avoid wearing with rough fabrics or accessories that rub.
With mindful care, your cashmere will remain a cherished heirloom—to be worn, loved, and passed on.
